Remove the lid to insert the cremated remains into the water-soluble bag found inside. The lid closes securely with a leather cord and no gluing is required.

The Serenity Sand Dollar water-soluble urn comes with a custom carrying case and it can be transported on most commercial airlines. This urn has been designated a Green Burial product as it uses only recycled or renewable resources in its production and biodegrades completely in the water.

Place the urn onto the surface of a deep body of water and contemplate as the sand dollar floats peacefully on the surface for a few minutes. Floating time depends on the weather and water conditions on the day of the ceremony. Slowly the urn will begin to sink, and it will descend gently and peacefully down to the final resting place. Here it will completely bio-degrade in a short period of time.
