Cherished Urns Delivery Information

Please read the following information carefully, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Jewellery Lead Times: Silver items 7 days, Gold Items 6-8 weeks.

Urns Standard Shipping (2 to 3 days) is Free on all UK Mainland Orders.

You can upgrade to Fast Delivery at checkout for an additional charge.  Subject to cut-off times, your order will be dispatched the same day and delivery will be made as soon as possible and normally within 1 or 2 days including weekends.

We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.

We use a variety of couriers.  Some orders will be dispatched from our warehouse, while others may be fulfilled by Amazon Logistics (and as such will arrive in Amazon branded packaging).

 

• Delivery is FREE on all UK orders unless otherwise stated.
• Our order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 6pm. Orders after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
• We are able to deliver to an alternative delivery address for most orders.
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure that the email address given at the time of ordering is correct.
