Cherished Urns Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Cherished Urns.
If for any reason, however, you need to return or exchange a product we will make this as hassle-free as possible for you. Your statutory rights are unaffected. However, some products (e.g. certain types of cremation jewellery) may not be returned due to Health & Safety requirements.
All products are sold with a 14 (calendar) day cooling-off period, during which you must contact Cherished Urns in writing by email at email@example.com or by calling us on 01872 487101 if you wish to make a return or an exchange. We will then provide details of how to return the product to us.
Please do not send items before contacting us as they may need to be sent to a different address.
All products must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and with their original packaging. If not then Cherished Urns reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of any product(s), including the cost of parts, materials, labour and any subsequent loss to ourselves.
Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned, such as those that have been Made to Order (unless they have arrived faulty), or for health & safety reasons. More information on these exclusions is available in our Terms & Conditions.
