Purchases from Cherished Urns can be made in two ways - either online, through the secure payment system of our eCommerce store, or over the phone by contacting our professional sales team at 01872 487101. Lines are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

• Our secure payment system will accept all major debit and credit cards. If you have any difficulties making a payment then please call our Customer Services team on 01872 487101 and they’ll be happy to help.
• All sales are processed in accordance with the Data Protection and Computer Misuse Acts.
• Standard delivery to addresses on the UK mainland are free-of-charge. If a postage charge is applicable you will be advised prior to shipment.
• We gather personal information from our customers at various times, primarily for the purpose of order processing. No information will ever be passed to a 3rd party without your express prior consent.
• All payments must be made in full before any products can be dispatched.

While we make every effort to supply products that match the descriptions on our website and catalogues exactly, we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour, shade or pattern, or any unique markings on leather.
