COVID-19 Operational Update
In line with Government recommendations, we are taking all necessary precautions to protect both our staff and customers. We take health and safety very seriously and belive that this is the most responsible thing to do at this time.
Urn Shipments - Delivery as normal with the chance of delay
The majority of our stock is held in Amazon warehouses throughout the UK. Amazon may, at their discretion, prioritise deliveries of Coronavirus related products (handwash, etc) over our products. We apologies in advance but hope you understand. Our website automatically dispatches Urns through Amazon. You will receive tracking numbers and request that you contact the delivery company directly if you need to. Delivery times may be substantially longer than expected and we advise you to use the fast shipping option if you wish to have your order delivered within 7 days.
Memorial Jewellery - Delayed
Our jewellery teams are not currently able to work and therefore please expect a delay in processing your order. When your order is ready then we will contact you to advise a delivery date. Please help us by not contacting us for updates on the status of your order - we will contact customers automatically when orders are processed.
